my brest friend is the only way that I got through the first couple of weeks nursing. while the other nursing pillows are just a prop, this actually positions the baby for a good latch and supports your back while nursing. it actually "teaches" you and your baby how to properly nurse. while I no longer need it to get good positioning, I still like to use it for middle of the night feedings when I'm half asleep -- it does half of the work for you!

I am slightly plus sized, and this pillow adjusts nicely. I would not pay the extra money for deluxe if I was average sized -- the only difference is that it goes a little bit bigger. my only complaint about the line in general is that they need to get some better fabric slipcovers. While the terry material is soft, the light lime green isn't outstanding. some of the other covers they offer are downright tacky. but don't let that deter you--this is the ONLY pillow to buy if you don't want sore nips, an aching back and a cranky baby.

After struggling a handful of times with the awkward nursing pillow I got as a gift (the Boppy) I decided to try My Brest Friend instead. My son was a big baby, almost 10 lbs, and the Boppy discouraged a proper latch as my son rolled around and fell off while nursing more than once.

I had read about My Brest Friend on the web and thought I'd give it a try. My Brest Friend made all the difference in the world! Perfect for babies of all sizes, the shape allows for perfect positioning and latch. Thank you!

I received a Boppy pillow for my baby shower. It wouldn't even fit around me!! (I'm a plus size mom.) The pillow was too round and my daughter kept rolling off of it as I used it as a prop. I heard about the "My Brest Friend" pillow and tried it. I loved it!! It was nice and wide, fit securely around my waist and was flat so baby rested nicely while nursing. I couldn't recommend a better breast feeding tool.

Forget the hyped up pillows out there. This is an actual FUNCTIONAL foam device designed by lactation experts. I couldnt imagine nursing without it. It helps get your baby in the perfect position and after about 2-3 days of using it, any soreness or discomfort was gone. Don't waste your money on the others. A little more expensive but worth it in the end!!!!!

I was using the boppy and was having a hard time nursing. The boppy did not stay in place, was too soft, and caused me to have horrible back problems. I purchased the boppy, because many of my friends raved about it. I did not know about my breast friend. After becoming totally frustrated with the boppy I looked online for something better. That is when I found My Breast Friend. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. Well I am glad that I did! This is such a live saver!! It is the best invention for nursing mothers! It gives suppport and I no longer have back pain! I use it all the time and will tell everyone about it! It is totally worth the money!!

I'm a first time mom and don't know what I'd do without this. I love it! When I nurse away from home it makes me appreciate having this pillow. It positions the baby right where he needs to be and he loves to lay on it. I haven't tried the Boppy, but I can't imagine that it's better than this.

I honestly don't think I could nurse without this pillow. I was having the hardest time finding a good latch position while in the hospital. This product eliminated that problem completely. It fits securely under my chest and props my baby at the the perfect level for feeding. No need for extra pillows. No need for my boppy either. Its definitely worth the money for any breastfeeding mother.

This pillow helped me so, so much in the early days of nursing my baby. It was comfortable for the baby, comfortable for me and worked much better than the Boppy pillow for us. I have gone on to recommend it to friends who will be nursing their babies and if it is on their registry, it is the first thing I will buy!
